Individual Therapy

Comprehensive one-on-one care begins here. We support folks with whatever may be coming up for them and hold distinct containers for those who may be navigating complex trauma, PTSD and corresponding symptoms, Borderline Personality Disorder, chronic pain of any kind, Autism/Neurodivergency, ADHD, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. We offer the use of a wide range of modalities, including EMDR, DBT, and somatically informed psychodynamic practices.

relationship Therapy

Here at Bubble Gum Therapy, we offer supportive attachment-informed relationship therapy for all kinds of partnerships, including couples of any and all relationship orientations, friends, families, siblings, neighbors, and business partners. We believe that, as relational beings, relationship therapy can support us in better understanding negative emotional cycles we may be navigating, and can offer a space to learn more about how we approach communication, connection, and conflict in our interpersonal dynamics.

group Therapy

We offer both open and closed therapeutic processing groups to support clients and couples alike in having access to safe containers where they can connect with community members around specific themes. Our group therapy offerings and their corresponding details will be spotlighted on our website here when they are happening!

narrative Therapy

Unlocking the power of your story; utilizing personal essay, poetry, movement arts, creativity, nonfiction, and memoir to help you comb through parts of yourself as separate from your story, or helping you rediscover the you in your story. As an MFA, Sabrina pulls from a diverse toolkit of techniques rooted in creative exfoliation, processing, and joy.
